高催乳素血症不孕
催乳素(prolactin, PRL)是垂体前叶嗜酸细胞、妊娠子宫蜕膜和免疫细胞等分泌的一种蛋白激素。高催乳素血症( hyperp rolactinemia, HP) 是指非妊娠期、产后停止哺乳6个月之后由于各种原因所致外周血催乳素( PRL)水平高于25μg/L, 造成下丘脑- 垂体- 性腺轴功能失调的疾病[ 1 ] 。
祖国医学没有本病的专门论述, 本病属中医学“月经过少”、“月经稀发”、“闭经”、“乳泣”、“不孕”范畴。
